1. Bring Your Own Gear:
Participants must carry their own digital art setup—laptop or tablet with required software, stylus, etc.

2. Theme Reveal & Concept Time:
The theme will be announced 10 minutes before the event begins. Participants will then have 10 minutes to brainstorm and plan their concept before starting their artwork.

3. Live Creation Only:
All artwork must be created within the 2-hour event window. Use of pre-made assets or previously created designs is strictly prohibited.

4. No AI Tools Allowed:
The use of AI-generated content or assistance is not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Originality is Key:
Plagiarism, tracing, or copying existing artworks will result in immediate disqualification.

6. Judging Criteria:
Submissions will be evaluated based on:
• Creativity
• Relevance to the theme
• Artistic technique
• Originality

7. Submission Protocol:
An official email address for submission will be shared at the venue. Participants must submit their artwork within 10 minutes after the event ends. No further edits or additions to the artwork will be allowed during this time.

Submission Email Must Include:

• Full name of the participant

• Name of the school

• Topic/theme chosen

• Software used for creation

• Final artwork attached in PNG, JPEG, or PDF format
