1. The first round will be held in Oxford format.

2. 1 speaker will propose the motion and 1 will oppose. There will be 1 interlocutor from each team who will be responsible for asking questions.

3. The total speaking time allotted to a speaker will be 3+1 minutes.

4. Only 2 teams shall qualify for the Finals.
